☀️ Summer Is Here — and Parenting Feels Harder Than Ever? You’re Not Alone.

It’s summer again. 🌴
For the kids, that means no school, no homework, and weeks of unstructured time to play, rest, and… test your patience.
For many parents though, summer can feel like one of the toughest times of the year.
You’re still working — maybe full-time, part-time, or just trying to keep everything at home running smoothly. You’re juggling responsibilities, bills, errands, and your own mental load. And now there are extra needs to fill — more meals to cook, more messes to clean up, more arguments to break up.
And all the while, you’re told you should be making “core memories” with your kids and enjoying every second of it.
No wonder so many parents feel like they’re walking around on a short fuse. 💥
You’re Not a Bad Parent — You’re a Stretched One
If this summer you’ve snapped at your child more than you wanted to…If you’ve felt the guilt of handing them a screen just so you could get something — anything — done…If you’ve caught yourself thinking, I love my kids, but I just need a break…
That doesn’t make you a bad parent. It makes you a human being, trying to do too much at once, with too little support.
It’s not about “fixing” yourself — it’s about noticing what you need, too. 🌱
Parenting Wasn’t Meant to Be Done Alone
We live in a culture that puts so much pressure on parents to do it all, and to do it perfectly.
But the truth is, parenting was never meant to be this lonely. 🫶
We all need somewhere to share the load. To hear other parents say, “I feel the same way.”To have a space where you can take a breath, reflect, and come back to your kids with a little more patience and clarity.
That’s why I created the Parenting Circle — a small, supportive group coaching experience for parents like you, who want to show up more calmly, more intentionally — and yes, more joyfully — in their families.
📋 If This Resonates With You…
I’d love to hear where you’re at this summer — what’s been challenging, what support you’re craving, and what kind of conversations you’d find helpful in a group like this.
